Awkwafina
Awkwafina has been described as an American actor and musician who started her career by performing clever raps that delved into racial as well as sexuality from humor that was bold and witty. Then she moved on to Hollywood. The actress was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants in Forest Hills Queens her first musical experience came with the trumpet. Later, she began the classical and hip-hop genres. Concentrating on school she majored in journalism, and women's studies in college even taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing for a time. Her focus was not in music until she finished her degree. Her track My Vag, a response track to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity across the Internet in 2012. It was eventually included in her first album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. The other viral hit songs included Queef song and the winking NYC Bitche$ hometown tour. The latter was tied to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. After establishing herself as a singer and author and a writer, she was able to accept the roles of actor. Along with the early TV shows such as Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in films like Neighbors as well as Storks. Her breakthrough came in the year 2018 when she appeared in a number of high profile films, including Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. Then in June she launched the EP In Fina We Trust.
